Pietruszka Custom Knives is a small, family-owned knife shop in Deep East Texas, built right from home and fueled by a love for the outdoors, craftsmanship, and creating things by hand. I started making knives as a way to turn a passion for working with my hands into something meaningful, and over time, that passion grew into a business. Every knife is individually designed and completely handcrafted by me, from the blade and handle to the handmade leather sheath. I take pride in using unique materials and giving each knife its own character, with a strong Texas and outdoors influence throughout my work. What started as hobby, back in 2011, for making knives has grown into something I'm incredibly thankful to share with others. It's a lot of hard work, long hours, and late nights to keep this shop going while raising our family, but I wouldn't trade it for anything. I'm grateful for every person who chooses to support our small business, and I hope each knife I make becomes something that can be enjoyed, used, and passed down for years to come.
